Finally after 5 long months on the market our house is under contract!!! YEAH!!!! We can now buy a bigger house!!! I never spend my money until it's in the bank but the buyers are pre-approved and don't have to sell anything to buy, they also want immediate possession (scary) but the house we want to buy is being offered with possession at closing. Hopefully, everything will work out!Have a great weekend!
