My Favorite Quick Meal

Busy summer days often lead us to ordering pizza. On days when I feel we have eaten way too much junk this is my favorite go-to meal: steamed broccoli, microwavable sweet potatoes, frozen grilled fish and Sister Schubert parker house rolls, this can be on the table in about 20 minutes & it's a very healthy meal. What are some of your favorite quick meals?

I like the Gorton's fish varieties, at least once a week I serve the garlic and herb breaded fillets.
Broccoli, is always a good detox :)

whoa! that is super healthy and quick! I feel the same way. I hate cooking in the summer. I made 2 pkgs of noodles w/sauce and added some diced frozen chicken. Totally NOT healthy, but at least it was fast.

Looks delicious and I am badly in need of some quick & healthy summer meals. We are eating WAY too much fast food!

I've never seen the microwaveable sweet potatoes in our grocery stores.....now I'm going to request them! I love those fish fillets, much better tasting than I ever expected!
