The house hunting games that is, we are officially looking for a new house! We have lived in our current home just a little over four years and we have run out of space! I went back to have another look at a beautiful house in a great neighborhood today and I think we may make an offer, it has 3300 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a huge kitchen, a large bonus room, and the best thing of all is there would be room for Tom to park all of his trucks, YEAH!!! That man has a serious problem when comes to buying old trucks, he has 3 and wants to buy another one, oh well he doesn't care what I buy! The housing market in our area is a seller's market, I know that our house will sell fast so I better be sure of before I list it, the last time we moved our house sold in five days and we didn't have anywhere to go, I don't want to relive that experience anytime soon! Wish us luck, we're going to need it, LOL!!

Good luck! I am so jealous of the 'huge kitchen' you may get to cook in - I think I have maybe 16 square feet to move around in - ok maybe a little more, but it's tiny :) Every now and then I browse the listings, but it is NOT a seller's market here - not that I want to move.
